Dravox Refund Policy

At Dravox, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened Nasal strips or mouth strips cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the standard processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times differ between institutions.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are available for the same product originally purchased.

5. Shipping Returns

You must contact us before returning any item to receive the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are returning a high-value item, using a trackable shipping service is recommended.
