Wipe the bridge of your nose so the adhesive has a clean, dry surface to grip.
Peel and place
Peel the strip off its backing and lay it across the bridge, centred on the soft part of your nose.
Press for 30 seconds
Press firmly along both sides. Wear it for up to 12 hours, then remove β no residue, no fuss.
